The founder
Sid Yenamandra founded Entreda, acquired by Smarsh, and spent a decade on the vendor side of the SEC and FINRA exam cycle. He is Berkeley EE/CS trained and was a GM at Exar, running NSA-funded encryption programs. He now runs Surge Ventures and leads SurgeONE.ai.
He built AI Safety 101 because employees adopted AI overnight while training stayed an annual slide deck. A drill people finish beats a deck nobody remembers.
